PT Role | Maitland

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Maitland, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Day to day
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Your availability





Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
