Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role
Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
- Ensuring a professional and service based Hospitality culture is maintained by the Housekeeping team with a focus on providing exceptional service and quality
- Providing and maintaining a safe work workplace for both staff and guests
- Motivate, train and manage other staff in this department
- Coordinate and oversee both rooms and public areas cleaning schedules
- Rostering and timesheets
- Daily allocation of rooms
- Financial controls of stock and purchasing
