THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who’s confident both behind the machine and front of house.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Making coffee & matcha to a high standard
- Greeting customers, taking orders
- General help – restocking, tidying, keeping service smooth
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years Barista experience in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Previous work experience in Australia a plus
