About the Role

Cooee is seeking passionate, driven culinary professionals to join our dynamic brigade. As an experienced Sous Chef this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment that celebrates creativity and excellence. Unfortunately no Visa Sponsorship available.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
- Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen administration.
- Coach and develop kitchen team members.
- Maintain food safety and WHS compliance.
- Support events, functions and seasonal menu delivery.
- Act as Head Chef when required.

What You'll Bring

- Experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or similar.
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Experience leading and mentoring kitchen teams.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.




- A positive, collaborative approach and passion for hospitality.

Eligibility

- Applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
