Perth Prime Dental is a small, family-owned dental practice in the heart of Perth CBD, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly, close-knit team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a confident, motivated and caring dental professional who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting clinicians and delivering excellent patient care, and is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

This is primarily a clinical nursing role, with some reception and administrative duties required. For the right candidate, this position offers the opportunity to develop into a Head Nurse role, taking on greater responsibility for clinical workflows, team support and the smooth day-to-day running of our nursing team.

Essential Skills and Attributes

- Previous dental nursing experience is essential.



We are looking for someone who can confidently step into the role with existing clinical experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using dental practice software.
- A caring, qualified manner and a genuine commitment to patient comfort.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A strong work ethic, reliability and a proactive approach.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team.
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early starts, late finishes and Saturdays.
- Willingness to assist with reception and administrative duties when required.
