Hawk Industries Australia is looking for a motivated, organised and reliable person to take responsibility for managing and growing our online e-commerce business, including our eBay store and warehouse stock.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys online selling, organising stock and finding ways to increase sales.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our online store, ensuring products are listed correctly, orders are processed efficiently and stock is well organised.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and grow our existing eBay store.
- Create and maintain product listings, including descriptions, photographs and pricing.
- Research competitive pricing and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Process online orders, packing and shipping.
- Respond to customer enquiries and manage returns.
- Develop promotions and strategies to increase online sales.
- Identify new products and opportunities to expand our online business.
Stock & Warehouse Management
- Organise and maintain warehouse stock allocated to e-commerce.
- Identify, sort, photograph and catalogue products for online sale.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Ensure products are correctly labelled and stored.
- Identify slow-moving and surplus stock for clearance.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised stock area.
- Conduct regular stocktakes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with eBay, Shopify or other online selling platforms.
- Is computer literate and confident using online systems.
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Can work independently and take ownership of the role.
- Has experience with stock control or warehouse organisation.
- Is proactive and motivated to grow online sales.
- Has good communication and customer service skills.
Previous e-commerce experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
