- Connecting our teams: Work collaboratively with clinic teams to deliver a consistent, responsive and positive experience for our referrers.
- Understanding the market: Develop insights into local referral networks, market activity and opportunities to improve service awareness.
- Planning and prioritising: Coordinate referrer engagement activities, manage your territory and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders.
- Tracking performance: Monitor engagement activities, referral trends and business development opportunities to help inform future initiatives.
What you’ll bring
You don’t need to have held a BDM title before. We’re interested in your ability to build relationships, take initiative and develop your capability.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, relationship management and business development.
- The ability to build trust, establish credibility and represent an organisation professionally.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the initiative to identify opportunities and follow through on commitments.
- Strong organisation and time management skills,
with the ability to plan activities and manage competing priorities.
- A willingness to learn about diagnostic imaging services, referral pathways and the commercial drivers of the business.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, sales, account management or stakeholder engagement would be advantageous.
Why join Qscan Group?
At Qscan Group, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to an important part of the healthcare journey while developing your own professional capability.
In this role, you’ll gain:
- Practical experience in business development, relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to the commercial and operational aspects of diagnostic imaging.
- Opportunities to build relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic leaders.
- A deeper understanding of referral pathways, local markets and business growth.
- The opportunity to take on new challenges, expand your skills and build experience for future career opportunities.
