About the role

Lead an 80-strong, multi-franchise dealership in Port Moresby. Manage sales, parts, service, and panel departments to drive vehicle sales and operational growth.

Duties

- Drive multi-franchise vehicle sales volume and profitability
- Lead and mentor department heads across sales, parts, service, and panel
- Build team culture and upskill local staff
- Align inter-department workflows to ensure unified site operations




- Resolve complex customer matters with sound commercial judgment

Skills & experience

- Proven automotive dealership management or senior automotive sales leadership
- Track record of building, mentoring, and holding diverse teams accountable
- Experience operating Pentana or equivalent Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Demonstrated adaptability to thrive in cross-cultural, international settings
- Valid driver’s licence and eligibility for PNG work permits
