The Little Banksia in Kensington is looking for an experienced Cafe All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have;
- 2 years experience in a similar fast paced setting
- Be able to carry 3 plates
- Experience using POS system
- Prepare teas and other drinks such as smoothies/juices
- Exceptional customer service
- General front of house duties including clearing and cleaning tables, running food, ordering, arranging displays, stock control, till and daily cleaning tasks
- Work well within a team and under pressure
- Barista experience a bonus
This position is for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, more for the right candidate. We are open 7 days, weekend availability essential.
Award rates. Staff meals & car parking provided. Closed all public holidays. We are looking for someone with long term commitment as we have a small team with extremely low staff turn over rate.
