Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Bracknell. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
What it pays
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Day to day
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
