Casual position – flexible hours, steady work

Must have a car + driver’s licence, live locally, and be available at least 3 weekdays.
(Jobs are scheduled anytime between 6am–4pm. You don’t need to be available for the entire span, just within these hours.)

Why work with us

The starting rate is $25/hr during training (between 1 and 5 days, depending on your experience and ability to learn).

Once training is complete, you’ll move onto our regular pay rates:

- $33.85/hr weekdays
- $47.39/hr Saturdays

We offer travel reimbursement, so you wont have to travel out of pocket

Additional bonuses are available for high sustained performance, quality work and positive feedback shared by the clients.

We offer paid staff check-ins every four weeks— 30-minute calls where you can ask questions, share ideas, and raise any concerns. We also encourage team connection, with occasional social catch-ups or lunches every 4–6 weeks.

Most cleaners average 2–4 jobs per day, with plenty of hours available for those wanting more work. All cleaning equipment is provided by us — you just need to bring it with you in your car.

This is an excellent role for people who value independence, as you’ll work solo after training while still having full support from our team whenever you need it.

What we need from you

Public transport or lifts from friends will not work.
- Available a minimum of 3 weekdays per week, with jobs scheduled anytime between 6am–4pm (you won’t work the entire day unless you want to).
- Comfortable travelling up to 20km for jobs.
- Live in one of our service areas:
- Brisbane / South Brisbane
- North Brisbane (North Lakes, Brendale, surrounds)
- Moreton Bay to Sunshine Coast (Caboolture and surrounds)

About the job

The majority of jobs are residential cleans, typically taking 1 to 4 hours each. Occasionally, you may be assigned a bond clean, and we’ll provide training for these when needed.

A typical schedule includes 2–4 jobs per day, depending on size and location. We aim to build rosters around your availability and try to assign jobs close to your area whenever possible.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and managing their own day once trained.

What this job is NOT

- It is not suited to people without a car and licence
- It is not an evening or night job — all work is scheduled within 6am–4pm
- It is not work from home — all jobs are on-site
