Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Tweed Heads South

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Tweed Heads South, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What you will do

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)




- Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
