We are seeking professional, motivated and passionate Personal Trainers to join our growing network of Anytime Fitness clubs across New South Wales.

This is an opportunity to establish yourself within a supportive gym environment, build your own client base and develop a sustainable Personal Training business with structured mentoring, practical business support and an experienced development team behind you.

SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT

At Be Inspired Fitness & Coaching, we understand that becoming a successful Personal Trainer involves more than delivering great sessions.

Our trainers are supported by an established Personal Training Mentoring Team, providing ongoing guidance, accountability and practical support to help you develop your skills, grow your client base and build a successful PT business.

You will receive support across the key areas of building and managing your business, including:

Structured Onboarding

Introduction to the club, systems, business tools and key priorities to help you get started with confidence.

Personal Training Mentoring Team

Access to experienced Personal Training mentors who provide ongoing guidance, accountability and practical business development support.

1:1 Mentoring

Regular individual coaching, feedback and accountability to help you identify opportunities, overcome challenges and continue developing.

Member Engagement

Practical strategies to build relationships with gym members, establish your presence on the gym floor and create opportunities for new clients.





Lead Generation & Consultations

Guidance on generating leads, conducting effective consultations and converting opportunities into paying clients.

Sales & Retention

Develop your skills in presenting your services, handling objections, onboarding clients and building long-term client relationships.

Ongoing Career development

Continued development in coaching, communication, sales, business management and professional skills throughout your PT career.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Personal Trainers who are professional, proactive and committed to developing their skills and building their own business.

Ideally, you will:

- Hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Have or be willing to obtain an ABN.
- Hold or be willing to obtain the required First Aid, CPR and relevant insurance.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be motivated to build and manage your own client base.
- Be willing to learn, take initiative and actively participate in ongoing development.

Both newly qualified and experienced Personal Trainers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $40.00 – $120.00 per hour
