Cambio Vita is an Italian restaurant in Malvern, and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and oversee smooth, efficient service.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead a team and independently manage busy services.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bookings and floor management.
- Good knowledge of Italian food and wine.
- Current and valid RSA.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, reliable and confident managing staff and guest enquiries.
- High standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
- Lead, support and supervise front-of-house staff.
- Manage bookings, floor plans and service flow.
- Maintain service standards and ensure smooth communication between FOH and kitchen.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support staff training, shift organisation and closing procedures.
Availability
Must be available Tuesday to Sunday. Weekend availability is absolutely non-negotiable,
including Friday and Saturday.
