Looking for a casual personal training role in Rowville? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Rent and support
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Pay rates
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Your availability
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
