Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Woodleigh. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
Your responsibilities
Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Coach each client one-to-one.
Availability needed
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
