We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team, with a focus on sushi roll preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop skills in a busy commercial kitchen environment.
About the Role:
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sushi rolls to our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
- Assist the kitchen team with general prep and service tasks.
- Follow food safety procedures and venue policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Must currently reside in Perth, Western Australia
- Please do not apply if you are located outside Perth
What We Offer:
- 2- 3 days per week (flexible and can offer more days for the right candidate)
- Current roster example: 9:30am / 10:00am – 8:00pm
