- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Robust teamwork and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organised and maintain high standards during busy periods
- Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage
