We are a boutique CPA/CA Practice in Brookvale, looking for an accounting student to join our vibrant fast-growing team and assist us in processing income tax returns and financial accounts.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for a person who has studied and passed the main accounting modules including the Taxation Law to get some exposure to office environment and gain practical experience.

The key responsibilities for the role include:

· Preparation of Individual Income Tax Returns;

· Preparation of Business Activity Statements;

· Filing and data entry Assist on accounting software and in preparing working papers;

To be successful for this opportunity it is essential that you meet the following criteria:

- Working towards tertiary qualifications in Accounting (year 2/3 students preferable)
- Knowledge of various tax legislations including Income Tax, GST and FBT
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and research skills for advisory purposes





If you have understanding of Australian Taxation Law when it comes to individual tax returns and are eager to learn more, be exposed to other areas of taxation and would like to build up your career as an accountant in public practice, our firm offers an excellent opportunity. Our partners are CA and CPA qualified and support you via your studies to get your CA or CPA qualification.
