We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our bar, bistro and gaming operations.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while ensuring all areas of the venue are presented to a high standard. The role offers variety, with team members working across the bar, bistro, gaming room and general venue operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys being part of a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

- Deliver friendly, professional and engaging service to every guest.
- Build rapport with regular patrons and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond to guest requests and feedback in a positive and professional manner.
- Promote venue promotions, events and food and beverage offerings.

Bar & Beverage Service

- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels and advise management of shortages.

Bistro & Food Service

- Take food orders and process transactions accurately.
- Deliver meals promptly and maintain presentation standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and inviting.




- Support kitchen and service teams during busy periods.

Venue Presentation & Compliance

- Complete opening, closing and shift duties.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue.
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety procedures.
- Comply with RSA, RCG and venue policies at all times.
- Report maintenance, safety or compliance concerns immediately.

What We're Looking ForEssential

- Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
- Current NSW ARCG Competency Card (preferred)
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Highly Regarded

- Previous pub, club or hospitality experience.
- Bar, gaming or bistro experience.
- TAB and Keno experience.
- Food running and table service experience.

Pay: $33.85 – $67.70 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
