Full Job Description:
AIIMS Group Pty Ltd is seeking a full time WEB Designer to join our growing team in New South Wales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients, account managers and marketing teams to understand business objectives, brand guidelines, target audiences and website requirements.
- Design visually engaging websites, campaign landing pages and e-commerce interfaces that support client branding, lead generation and online sales.
- Develop website structures, user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate proposed designs and functionality.
- Create responsive page layouts, navigation menus, typography, graphics and interactive elements for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Incorporate supplied copy, photography, video and other digital assets into cohesive website designs.
- Collaborate with developers to translate approved designs into functional websites and review implementation for visual accuracy.
- Work with SEO and paid advertising teams to ensure website designs support content visibility, campaign messaging and effective calls to action.
- Assess website usability, accessibility and browser compatibility, identifying and resolving design issues.
- Refine website layouts and interfaces using client feedback, usability testing and website performance insights.
- Maintain design guidelines,



reusable interface components and design documentation to ensure consistency across client project

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in web design, UX/UI Design, Digital Design or a closely related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in website and digital interface design.
- A portfolio demonstrating responsive website designs, user interfaces and digital design projects.

Required Skills:

- Ability to translate client briefs, brand guidelines and marketing objectives into effective website designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, user experience, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys and reusable interface components.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to support design implementation and collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with content management systems and e-commerce platforms, such as WordPress and Shopify.
- Understanding of website accessibility, usability and compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Ability to design campaign landing pages that support SEO, lead generation and online conversions.
- Solid communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client projects within deadlines.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
