GWC Disability & Transport Services is seeking reliable, compassionate and professional Disability Support Workers to join our team in South-West Sydney.

Key responsibilities

- Provide person-centered support to participants in accordance with their individual support plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, community access and social participation.
- Support participants to maintain their independence, dignity and choice.
- Complete accurate shift notes and incident reports as required.
- Follow workplace health and safety, safeguarding and organizational policies.

Essential requirements

- Relevant disability support experience or qualifications.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to complete the required screening process.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, where required.
- Valuable communication, reliability and a professional attitude.
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, if required for the assigned shifts.
- Availability for the shifts offered by the organization.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 12.0 per week
