The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join us as an external contractor. The role suits an agent who already has a practice or a primary role and wants to take on additional files. You decide how much capacity you offer and when you work. We take care of client acquisition, intake, and much of the document collection, so your time goes into the work that needs your expertise.

You will prepare and lodge visa, nomination and sponsorship applications. That includes reviewing documentation, drafting submissions and responding to Department of Home Affairs requests until each case reaches a decision.



On more complex matters you will work alongside our case officers and in-house agents.

About you

You hold current registration with OMARA and have at least three years of practice as a registered migration agent. You have solid experience in Australian migration law. As a contractor, you will need your own ABN.

Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be a solid advantage.

This is a fully remote role with the option to use our Sydney office.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $166,480.00 per year
