Inner Balance Health is seeking a motivated New Graduate Physiotherapist to join its Darwin team.

You’ll build your clinical confidence through supervised practice, practical training, online education, regular feedback and progressive caseload development while delivering safe, evidence-informed and person-centred care.

Your graduate development:

- Ongoing full-time employment – 38 hours per week

- Structured 12-month graduate program

- Weekly one-to-one mentoring with access to senior physiotherapists

- A paid two-hour weekly professional development and team session

- Online education, case discussions, practical learning and regular feedback

- Progressive caseload development as your skills and competencies grow

You’ll initially develop experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, post-operative rehabilitation and gym-based rehabilitation, with opportunities to explore other clinical areas as appropriate training and competency sign-off are completed.

About you:

You’ll have completed an approved physiotherapy qualification, hold current AHPRA general registration and have the legal right to work in Australia.

You’re enthusiastic about learning, open to feedback and committed to protected, ethical and culturally respectful patient care.
