The Opportunity
Due to the growth of our clinic we're looking for a Receptionist to join our warm, close-knit team. If you love looking after people and want to grow with a practice that's going places, this role is for you.

Role Details

- Flexible steady weekly hours

- Prior dental reception experience highly regarded

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Handling phone and in-person enquiries
- Setting the tone for a front desk that reflects our practice values

What We're Looking For

- 12+ months' experience in reception or customer service (dental experience preferred, not essential)
- A friendly, patient-focused manner and strong communication skills
- Composure and organisation in a busy clinical setting
- Reliability, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
