Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West North Epping

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in North Epping. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What the role involves
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings.



This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we provide

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
