Little Blossom Early Learning Castle Hill is looking for a caring and motivated Educator to join our growing service.

About the role

You will work alongside our educators and leadership team to:

- Build genuine, meaningful relationships with children and families
- Support engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Contribute to a positive, calm and nurturing room environment
- Assist with observations, programming and documentation
- Follow Little Blossom policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Promote children's safety, wellbeing, confidence and independence
- Maintain a strong understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting obligations
- Ensure the safety, rights and best interests of every child are the paramount consideration in all decisions, interactions and practices

About you

We would love to hear from educators who:

- Hold or are working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have a genuine passion for working with children
- Are reliable, positive and willing to work as part of a team
- Have strong communication skills
- Hold a current Working With Children Check
- Have a strong commitment to child safety,



child protection and safeguarding
- Understand that the safety, rights and best interests of children must always be the paramount consideration
- Are confident raising concerns and following child protection and reporting procedures when required
