Act as the primary on-site representative managing facilities operations and fostering positive client relationships.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate swift resolutions for reactive works.

Utilize and maintain facility management systems, such as Corrigo, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Adapt quickly to new client environments and collaborate with diverse teams to keep operations running smoothly, because we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Five or more years of experience in facilities management or a closely related commercial property operations role.
Demonstrated ability to adapt rapidly and work autonomously across diverse client environments with minimal onboarding.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to build trust quickly.
Proven track record in managing contractors, preventative maintenance, and site safety compliance.
A valid driver's licence and the flexibility and willingness to travel to various client sites as required.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management, property, or a technical trade discipline are preferred.
