Precision Clean and Cut is looking for reliable, high-quality individuals to join our growing team in Adelaide’s suburbs. We specialize in premium NDIS household supports, and we believe great work deserves great pay. We also service private clients, and this is our main customer base.
What we offer:
- Top-Tier Pay: $39/hr for Gardeners
- Reliable Hours: 3–20 hours per week to start, with growth potential. Flexibility to work within school hours/certain days of the week (Friday is essential). This could suit a recently partly retired worker looking to work up to a few days a week. Ideally looking for someone I can send off to jobs on their own after some training and you can set your days/times.
- Local Work: Based around Clovelly Park, Marion, and surrounding suburbs.
- Premium Tools: Work with the best—current quality equipment and tools.
What you need:
- A "Precision" mindset—you don’t just Garden, you deliver a service to those in need, and go above and beyond. And where the jobs allow for it, going above and beyond will be further rewarded.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one immediately preferred, although most customers are private).
- A reliable vehicle and a smartphone (for our scheduling app). A car that can fit lawnmowers, whipper snippers etc is essential, if you want to do your own work, otherwise you can travel with me on Fridays.
- A friendly, respectful attitude toward customers/NDIS participants.
