PT Role | Baw Baw

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Baw Baw. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What the role involves

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week,



roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
