Our busy season has gotten busier with some super exciting projects over the next 6 months and we are on the hunt for a couple of experience cooks/chefs to help us continue to grow our catering and events business

Taco Cartel has been operating for over 4 years across Adelaide’s major events, festivals and has been growing its catering business. We have a great team, great culture and make great food. We feel we would be a great workplace for an experienced hospitality worker looking to try something less conventional and bring their skills to a work environment where no two days are the same!

We are looking for someone to:

- Work and manage prep from our commercial kitchen in the southern suburbs

- Develop menus for some exciting new projects in both the event and catering space

- Work service at our catering jobs,



pop ups and semi permeant set ups- Able to work with less experienced staff and help train/maintain food quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and warehouse

We are offering:

- A 6 month contract (with potential for extension if projects are successful)

- $45ph+super for a full time work load (with potential for for profit share on certain projects)

- Input into menus, role and work workplace
