Job Description: As a Speech Pathologist, to enhance our aged clients' language and communication abilities.

Tasks Required:

- Assessment: Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing needs.
- Therapy: Implement and adjust personalized treatment plans.
- Collaboration:



Work with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
- Education: Guide residents, families, and caregivers on managing disorders.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records and reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Experienced as a Speech Pathologist
- Previous aged care experience preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
