Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Len Waters Estate

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Len Waters Estate. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What the role involves

Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission.



The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
