Who You Are:





- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced A La Carte or premium casual restaurant.

- A natural host who runs their section with rhytm, confidence and warmth.

- A strong foundation in food and wine service (and an appetite to learn more).

- A dependable team player who communicates clearly during peak rushes.

- Current Victorian RSA and availability across key evening services (weekends, Friday - Sunday)
