Site Supervisor – Carnegie Branch

C Fulton is looking for a motivated and organised Site Supervisor to lead our Carnegie branch – our smallest but very busy site.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys customer service, working with a small team, and building strong relationships with regular customers.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, supporting customers, coordinating deliveries and yard operations, and ensuring the branch operates smoothly and efficiently.

You will be working with a small team consisting of:

- One part-time staff member
- One driver

This is a busy site with plenty of work and variety every day.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous customer service experience
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Robust organisational skills




- Friendly and approachable personality
- Willingness to get to know and build relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team

Licences & Experience

The following would be highly regarded:

- Loader licence
- Forklift licence

However, these are not essential. We are happy to train the right person who is willing to learn.

Hours

- Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 4:00pm
- Every second Saturday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Location

Carnegie Monday to Friday, Wantirna on the weekends
