- Gaming Operations: Oversee the daily operation of the gaming room, ensuring a safe, professional and welcoming workplace for patrons.
- Compliance & Legislation: Ensure compliance with all applicable liquor and gaming legislation, regulations, licence conditions, codes of practice and internal policies and procedures.
- Responsible Gambling: Promote responsible gambling practices, identify potential gambling-related harm and ensure appropriate intervention, escalation and support procedures are followed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, lead and support gaming staff, fostering a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture.
- Staff Training & Development: Coordinate staff inductions, training and ongoing development to ensure employees understand their operational responsibilities, compliance obligations and service standards.
- Operational Standards: Monitor gaming room procedures, staff performance, presentation and service delivery, implementing improvements where required.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain accurate records,



complete required compliance documentation and report incidents, breaches, maintenance issues and operational concerns to management.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure venue procedures and compliance controls are consistently applied, and keep staff informed of relevant changes to legislation and operational requirements.
- Customer Service: Handle patron enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating matters when appropriate.
- Gaming Equipment & Facilities: Monitor the condition and functionality of gaming equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and reporting faults as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve compliance, operational efficiency, staff capability and the overall patron experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
