Elouera Home Support is seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home and community care team.

This is a casual role with flexible hours, ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently and providing personalised care in clients’ homes.

About the Role

You may be responsible for:

- Comprehensive nursing and health assessments
- Wound care and clinical treatments
- Medication management and administration
- Continence assessments
- Chronic disease monitoring
- Post-hospital support
- Palliative and end-of-life care
- Care planning and clinical documentation
- Liaising with families, GPs, allied health professionals and care coordinators

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an RN who is:

- Compassionate, professional and reliable
- Confident working independently in the community
- Robust in clinical assessment and documentation
- Responsive to communication and rostering requirements
- Flexible with availability and service types
- Willing to travel to nearby areas for shorter visits of approximately 2–3 hours, where practical

Experience in home care, aged care, community nursing,



disability support or palliative care will be highly regarded.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

- Current AHPRA Registration as an RN
- Nursing qualifications
- Current National Police Check
- Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Valid Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Australian working rights

Pay: $54.41 – $137.78 per hour
