We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time cook to join our busy Korean BBQ buffet restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes, including hot dishes, side dishes and BBQ items
- Prepare, cut, marinate and portion meats and other ingredients
- Follow established recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistent food quality
- Monitor and replenish buffet items during service
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Check food freshness and ensure proper storage and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
- Work efficiently with other kitchen staff during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen
- Korean cuisine or Korean BBQ experience is highly regarded




- Good cooking, knife handling and food preparation skills
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full Australian working rights

Position: Full time Cook
Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week
Employment: Full-time
