Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Blairmount
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Blairmount. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
Support
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
What you will do
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Availability needed
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
What it pays
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
