Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Glebe

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Glebe. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
