Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Residential & Commercial team.

In this hands-on role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, strengthen existing partnerships and identify opportunities to grow revenue through new business, referrals, cross-selling and upselling.

You’ll work closely with customers throughout their buying journey, providing knowledgeable advice, accurate quotations and a high level of service from the initial conversation through to project delivery.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Developing strong relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to clients
- Identifying new business opportunities within the commercial building sector
- Promoting Beaumont Tiles’ full range of tiles, bathroomware, stone, hard flooring and trade products
- Cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing customers




- Preparing detailed quotations and client presentations
- Maintaining accurate customer information and activity within the CRM
- Attending client meetings, industry functions and networking events as required
- Working closely with Customer Service, Operations, Design, Showroom and Finance teams to support seamless project delivery
- Providing consistent follow-up and a positive customer experience

The role is focused on managing commercial accounts, generating new sales, providing high-quality customer service and maintaining accurate quotations and CRM records.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You will bring:

- Previous experience in account management or business development
- A strong track record of identifying opportunities and closing sales
- Confidence in building rapport and managing long-term client relationships
- Experience with consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and other technology
- A team-oriented approach when working with internal teams
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Experience within the building, construction, trade, flooring or related industries will be highly regarded
