Support at Home (SaH) provides older Australians a versatile approach to continue living in their own homes and communities safely and with dignity.

Caring Your Way partners with older Australians living in the Sunshine Coast region to match them with workers who are able to support them to achieve their goals of ongoing independence safely and with dignity and choice.

Our workers must be qualified, experienced and be able to evidence a deep understanding of the needs of people as they age in their own communities. At the same time our workers must have a sound understanding of the constraints that exist within a Government funded program and the ability to apply uncommon common sense in meeting the planned goals within the time allowed.

Mandatory Qualifications/Attainments

- Minimum Cert 3 Aged Care or Individual Support or similar
- Current First Aid with CPR certification
- Qld Driver's License and motor vehicle
- National Police Clearance or Disability Worker's clearance





Prior to commencement successful applicants will be required to complete online course in Aged Care Standards for workers and Food Handling certification if not already held.

As these positions are sub-contract a valid ABN will be required.

All work is in the Sunshine Coast region and the majority of clients require support during hours suitable for parents with school aged children.

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
