Located in the heart of Perth CBD, our friendly, family-owned dental practice is looking for a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our small and supportive team.
This is a reception-only position – no dental assisting or nursing is required.
The role is approximately 2 days per week, consisting of:
- 1 weekday
- 1 Saturday
We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, organised and confident communicating with patients. Previous dental or reception experience is not essential, as we are happy to provide training to the right person.
About the role
Your duties will include welcoming patients, answering phone calls, booking and managing appointments, processing payments and assisting with general reception and administrative tasks.
Our practice uses Dental4Web (D4Web). Experience with D4Web is an advantage but is not required, as training can be provided.

Remuneration will be based on experience and performance.
