Kam's Food & Dessert on Prospect Road, Kilburn is a busy late-night burger and dessert shop (smash burgers, chicken burgers, loaded subs, loaded fries, plus açaí, crepes and shakes). We're growing and looking for a reliable grill cook to join the team.
What you'll do:
- Run the grill and line: smash burgers, chicken, subs and fries
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and food-safe
- Work with the team to keep service rapid during busy rushes
What we're after:
- Grill or line cook experience (burger/takeaway experience a big plus)
- Reliable and on time. We need someone we can count on
- Available evenings, including Friday and Saturday late nights (we're open 5pm–2am)
- Food handler or food safety certificate preferred
- Full working rights in Australia
