CHEF DE PARTIE

Our local corner hotel is looking to add a chat de partie to the team.
We serve classic Australian food and modern specials.

We’re looking for a chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and can deliver quality dishes in a busy kitchen.

What you’ll be doing
Prepping and cooking meals during service.
- Managing your section and keeping service running smoothly
- Maintaining food presentation and consistency
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Working closely with the Head Chef

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
- A passion for positive food and quality cooking and wanting to learn

- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a team-first approach
