Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Burleigh Heads

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Burleigh Heads. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Your responsibilities





Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.

Rent and support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
