Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Junior Kitchen Hand to join The Prince Consort in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

No previous kitchen experience is needed. If you’re reliable, keen to learn and happy to get stuck in, our kitchen team will show you the ropes.

What you’ll do

- Wash and put away kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep floors, benches and work areas clean and organised
- Stay on top of dishes and cleaning throughout busy service
- Help with basic food preparation as you learn
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and restocking supplies
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
