PT Role | Snap Fitness Moe Jacobs Creek

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Jacobs Creek. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Your responsibilities

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
