The Prospect

As a Mobile Site Supervisor, you will be allocated a Brisbane region where you will be responsible for managing, training, allocating, and leading your own team of Container Unloaders and Forklift Operators. You will work closely with Head Office, clients, and operational teams to ensure sites operate safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

- Train Container Unloaders and Forklift Operators to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
- Conduct on-site coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all staff understand and follow safe work procedures and client requirements.
- Assist with the onboarding and induction of new employees.

Personnel Allocation

- Allocate personnel across sites within your designated region.
- Collaborate with Head Office and Operations Coordinators to fulfil daily staffing requirements.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and workforce availability.
- Provide contingency planning for last-minute staffing changes.

Safety & Compliance





- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses in a timely manner.
- Complete safety reports and site visit documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and workplace health and safety obligations.

Client Liaison

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters within your region.
- Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively address operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

Recruitment Support

- Assist with recruitment activities to ensure adequate workforce availability.
- Help identify suitable candidates for current and future operational requirements.
- Identify high-performing employees suitable for further development and progression.

What We Offer

- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus travel allowance (visa sponsorship opportunities will be considered for the right candidate)

Essential Requirements

✅ Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

✅ Previous Container Unloading experience – preferred but not essential

✅ Experience managing and supervising personnel

✅ Current Forklift Licence (LF)
