25–30 hours per week

We're looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to join our team.

This is a senior FOH leadership role for someone who knows hospitality and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You'll help coordinate service, support the team, look after our guests and keep things running smoothly when you're in charge of the floor.

What we're looking for:

- Restaurant and table-service experience.

- Confidence leading and supporting a team.

- Great communication and a calm head when it's busy.

- Solid food and beverage knowledge.

- Wine experience / knowledge highly regarded.

- Someone who takes initiative and sees what needs doing.

You'll work closely with our team, front and back, helping maintain the standards and guest experience The Lord Lyndoch is known for.

The details:

- Casual position.

- Approximately 25–30 hours per week.

- A mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Based in Lyndoch, in the heart of the Barossa Valley.
